Who We Are

Bebggie Global Services is an engineering project management company registered and incorporated under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria since March 2007. Our registration number is RC686249 with a share capital of 6,000,000 distributed amongst seven directors. Before we diversified our operation into the dredging business, we have been in the telecom industry as contractor and consultant to MTN Nigeria Ltd. and MTN Foundation respectively, as well as Rural Electrification Agency (REA) and Ministry of Works where we execute electrical power reticulation project and infrastructure.

What We Do

We have always been in the engineering project management services, from distribution power project implementation to dredger construction and land reclamation project. For the purpose of this profile, we will limit our scope to dredging activities alone. However, during our time in MTN we executed successfully over 250-transformer substation sites from 2009 to 2017. We were amongst the top three most performing vendors on MTN CapEX project from 2010 to 2015. MTN in 2016 took a business decision to fully outsource all their BTS sites to IHS, so we moved on to other projects. We noticed an opportunity for the need for sand within Lagos lagoon waterfront development, so we diversified into sand dredging and land reclamation project since 2017.

MISSION STATEMENT

To use engineering and project implementation management and dredging capabilities to enhance Lagos coastal area. We intend to achieve this by supplying a high volume of quality sharp sand at less than 4% silt and mud, with coarseness between 2.4 to 2.8 gradesuitable for civil engineering construction, shoreline protection, and land reclamation to the satisfaction of our client

VISION STATEMENT

To be the leading indigenous dredging company delivering reclaimed land to needed coastal areas of Lagos state. Given the vast reservoir of sharp sand in Lagos lagoon, we intend to be the first indigenous company in the country to bag white sharp sand for distribution across Nigeria and export the same abroad.

OUR CORE SERVICES

In the last 7 years dredging activities have been at the center of our business. We did touch on all aspects of dredging project, which includes the following: - Sand stockpile, trucking & supply logistics; - Land reclamation project; - Dredger construction & fabrication; - Harbour sweeping & channelization project; - Distribution transformer installation project

See in the table below a list of several contracts we have executed. In 2017, we had dredged and stockpiled over 200,000 cubic of coarse sand from Bayeku waterfront in Ikorodu LGA of Lagos State, using our newly acquired 400hp, 3406 Caterpillar engine powered suction dredger, with a 10-inch pump and discharging at a distance of about 250 meters from the lagoon to shore. The Dredger was fabricated by us and assembled right there in our yard at Bayeku Ikorodu Lagos.

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

We have the capacity and capability in terms of expertise and equipment to deploy to any site to dredge and reclaim land whether at the lagoon waterfront or ocean waterfront. We have newly brought in to Lagos through our Chinese partners a large hopper dredger of 800 cubic capacity that can deliver about 2,400 cubic of quality sharp sand in less than 24 hours. The dredger is new and possibly one of the biggest hopper dredgers right now on Lagos lagoon. We have two of them at the moment, named FENGSHENG DREDGER 01 & 02. Only FENGSHENG 01 is in operation at the moment.
